We strictly enforce that all classes must be conducted in an open environment where parents can hear or observe. All our tutors (male and female) undergo rigorous identity checks, teaching evaluations, and character references before being hired.

• Strictly no exchanging of private social media or personal numbers between tutors and students.
• All communication and scheduling must go through official academy channels.
• Parents are encouraged to monitor classes, especially for students under 12 years old.
• Any complaint regarding harshness is investigated immediately with potential suspension of the tutor.
